Most of what Batchnook sends is for you, the maker — your sign-in code, a note when an order comes in, when you refund one, or when a payment is disputed, the occasional product or tips email where you have those switched on, and, if you switch it on, the weekly “Your week” recap.

Most of what Batchnook sends is for you, the maker — your sign-in code, a note when an order comes in, when you refund one, or when a payment is disputed, the occasional product or tips email where you have those switched on, and, if you switch it on, the weekly “Your week” recap.

When somebody buys from your Batchnook storefront, Batchnook also emails that buyer on your behalf, at the two moments an order moves: a confirmation when they pay, and a notice if you refund them. Those are receipts about their own order and nothing else — Batchnook sends no marketing to your customers.

Waiting on a sign-in code? That one has its own page — see “Didn’t get your sign-in code?” — but the first two checks are the same everywhere: look in your spam or junk folder, and confirm the address is the one your account is under.

The weekly recap is a short summary of your week. If it stops showing up, open Settings ▸ Notifications and check the weekly digest is on. Anyone on the business can switch it off from the unsubscribe link in that email — and some company mail systems follow links automatically — so if it went quiet, turn it back on there.

Checked your spam and the address and still nothing? Reach out to support with the address you expected it at, and we can check whether the message bounced on the way.
