Export your data, or delete your account

Your data is yours to take whenever you like. Open More ▸ Export my data and Batchnook builds a full copy of everything — your materials, products, recipes, purchases, batches and orders, plus your shop, its listings, and the storefront orders and customers behind them — as JSON or CSV. Export is free on every plan, forever, including after you cancel. That’s the promise: no lock-in.

The JSON file is the complete, round-trippable copy; the CSV files are a flat, spreadsheet-friendly view of each table.

To close your account, open More ▸ Delete account. Batchnook offers you an export first, then starts a 7-day grace window — your account is scheduled for deletion but not gone yet. Change your mind? Sign back in before the window ends and tap Restore my account.

After the grace window your materials, products, batches, purchases and orders, along with your shop, its listings and your customer list, are permanently deleted; backups then age out on a rolling schedule within about a month. Deleting also cancels any subscription — the remaining paid time isn’t refunded — so export anything you want to keep before you start.
